Founded in 2007 by sports betting veterans, FSB Tech is a sports betting platform that fuels global growth.


The platform is efficient, customisable and reliable, featuring tools that help drive revenue, reduce operating costs and maximise return on investment.


As industry pioneers, FSB Tech have consistently refined their technology over the last ten years and are recognised as being one of the tech leaders within their field.



The brief

We were initially briefed by FSB Tech to redesign their brand and brand guidelines to better position them as the established, market-leading tech firm that they are. And when it came to redesigning the logo, we needed to make sure it showcased the technical side of the business too.


Our work also involved designing and developing a website that not only supported all of FSB Tech’s future marketing activity, but would help reposition the brand in line with their new proposition.


In addition to the more immediate, on-going support, FSB Tech were looking for on-going assistance, which involves us providing them with digital design and development, as well as help with producing sales presentations and online and offline marketing collateral.



Key challenges

The main challenges we faced were:

  • Redesigning and building the FSB Tech website to bring it in line with their high calibre clients while positioning them alongside the market leaders they quite rightfully sit alongside
  • Reworking the brand proposition and key messages to cater for the many different needs of their different audiences and the global markets they’ve expanded into
  • Readdressing the brand so that it included a new visual style that could be used across all outward-facing collateral, including presentations, websites and exhibition materials



Our approach

We kicked things off by running a series of workshops with FSB Tech’s stakeholders. We also took the time to interview members of FSB’s team so that we could establish a greater understanding of the company’s commercial goals and business objectives and the areas they felt needed improving in relation to their existing brand voice and website.


We also held a content workshop, which gave us the chance to reevaluate FSB Tech’s proposition and key messages and how they needed to be refined so that they resonated with their target audiences.


Our main goal throughout the entire process was to make sure that FSB Tech were better positioned within the global market.




The new website has been an immediate asset to the client and has well received by staff, as well as many of its customers. As a result, there’s been a rise in the number of online visits and lead enquiries since the launch.


We’re working really well with FSB Tech and will continue to support them on many of their creative design and digital projects on a monthly basis as the brand evolves and develops.
