Thameen

Thameen is a luxury London fragrance brand available exclusively from Selfridges and online.

 

Born from an obsession for Eastern, oriental fragrance oils, each and every one of Thameen’s perfume structures are pure and bold, giving the rare central ingredients that have been painstakingly sourced to ensure that they’re of the most exquisite quality, space to shine.

 

Thameen required a full digital and social media strategy overhaul to accentuate the luxurious nature of their products and take the brand global.

 

We delivered a brand new digital presence that gave the brand more of a refined look, enhanced the customer experience and appealed to customers on a widespread scale. As part of our strategy, we redesigned and rebuilt the existing website, improved the functionality of the online shop and implemented a social media strategy.

 

Research & strategy

We researched and planned a multi-channel marketing strategy that spanned social media and offline in-store point of sale by:

  • Reviewing the current customer journey buying experience and determining a better solution
  • Carrying out market research into the best luxuryonline shops
  • Analysing social media followers and planning how to communicate with the new followers based on our data insight

 

The technical bit

Thameen wanted a new system they could easily manage, so after months of monitoring and maintaining their old Magento system, we decided it would be easier for the client if we moved the site to Woocommerce, which is more user friendly for their kind of e-commerce.

 

We built their new site in WordPress and used bespoke shipping and fulfilment management systems to enable delivery on an even wider scale.

 

Results

The new website is easy to navigate on mobiles and desktops, user friendly and oozes luxury. What’s more, Thameen’s sales have increased. The brand has also been well-accepted within the UK market place, and the middle-eastern market where they are already very prominent.
